These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the bestokens API gateway, website and related services (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
bestokens is an independent reseller and routing layer for third-party artificial intelligence models. We do not own or train the underlying models. Model availability, output quality and behaviour are determined by the upstream providers and may change without notice.
2. Accounts and API keys
You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity performed with your API keys. Notify us immediately at support@bestokens.cn if you believe a key has been compromised.
3. Credits, fees and taxes
Access is prepaid. You purchase credits in advance and each API call deducts from your balance at the upstream model list price. A platform fee between 2.5% and 4% (plus 1% for crypto settlement) is applied at the time of top-up, not on inference. Credits are not a deposit, carry no interest, and are non-transferable between accounts.
Prices are quoted in US dollars. Where required, taxes are collected and remitted by our merchant of record, Creem. Crypto payments are processed by NOWPayments and are final once confirmed on-chain.
4. Acceptable use
Your use of the Service is subject to our Acceptable Use Policy, which forms part of these Terms. We may suspend or terminate access for material or repeated violations, or where required by law or by an upstream provider.
5. Availability and changes
We target high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify, deprecate or discontinue models, endpoints or features. Where a change materially reduces functionality you have paid for, we will provide reasonable notice and, at your request, refund unused credits.
6. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising from the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data.
7. Termination
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access for breach of these Terms, fraud, non-payment, or legal compulsion. On termination, unused credits are refundable under our Refund Policy except where termination results from your material breach.
8. Governing law and contact
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operating entity is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Questions: support@bestokens.cn.
