This Acceptable Use Policy defines what you may not do with the Service. It applies to every request made with your API keys, whether by you or by your end users.
Prohibited content and activity
- Child sexual abuse material, or any content that sexualises minors.
- Content that incites violence, terrorism or mass harm, or provides operational instructions for weapons or explosives.
- Targeted harassment, credible threats, or non-consensual intimate imagery.
- Malware, phishing kits, credential-stealing tools, or infrastructure for spam and denial-of-service attacks.
- Fraud, impersonation of a real person or organisation, or deceptive synthetic media intended to mislead.
- Processing special-category personal data without a lawful basis, or processing data in breach of applicable privacy law.
Prohibited technical use
- Circumventing rate limits, quotas, region restrictions or billing.
- Reselling raw API access without written agreement.
- Using the Service to build a competing gateway or to benchmark for the purpose of reproducing provider infrastructure.
- Automated probing, scanning or penetration testing without prior written authorisation.
Regional restrictions
The Service is not offered to users located in jurisdictions subject to comprehensive sanctions, nor to residents of mainland China. We enforce this at the edge using Cloudflare geolocation and may block requests without notice.
Enforcement
We investigate reports and may throttle, suspend or terminate accounts. Severe violations are terminated immediately without refund. We may also report unlawful content to the relevant authorities.
Reporting
Report abuse to abuse@bestokens.cn with the API key id, timestamps and a description. We acknowledge reports within one business day.
