Is this an official reseller?
No. bestokens is an independent API gateway. We purchase capacity from upstream providers and resell it under our own terms. We are not affiliated with OpenAI, Anthropic, Google or any other model vendor.
Do you train on my prompts?
No. Prompt and completion bodies are never persisted. We store token counts, model id, latency and status for billing and abuse detection, and we keep request metadata for 30 days. Optional request logging, if you enable it, is written to your own R2 bucket and can be disabled at any time.
What happens if a provider goes down?
Each model is backed by multiple upstream channels. If a channel fails, the request is retried on the next healthy channel for the same model. Only when every channel fails do you receive a 503, and failed requests are never billed.
Can I use this for a commercial product?
Yes. You may build and sell products on top of the API. You remain responsible for your own end-user terms, content policy and any regulatory obligations in your jurisdiction.
Which countries are supported?
The service is available globally except for jurisdictions subject to comprehensive sanctions. Access from mainland China is not supported, and requests from restricted regions are rejected at the edge with HTTP 403.
Do you support invoice billing?
Prepaid cards and crypto are self-serve. For commitments above $2,000 per month we can issue invoices and accept wire transfer — contact support with your expected monthly volume.
